At Everest Ranch, we provide clear and transparent shipping information so customers know exactly what to expect when placing an order.
Order Processing & Handling Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Order Cut-off Time:
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET (Monday–Friday) begin processing the same business day.
Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Handling time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Transit Time
After processing, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday) depending on the destination.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Total delivery time is 5–8 business days (handling time + transit time).
Fulfillment Locations
Orders ship from authorized Everest Ranch fulfillment locations or from authorized Everest Ranch brand partners located within the United States.
Some products may be fulfilled and shipped directly by our authorized brand partners within the USA depending on product availability.
If an order contains multiple items, products may ship separately.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the product and delivery location.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout.
If a product qualifies for free shipping, it will be shown before completing the purchase.
Order Tracking
Customers receive a tracking number via email once their order ships.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier scans the package.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team and we will assist with filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

In some cases, we may contact customers to verify payment or shipping information before an order ships.
No Additional Fees
Customers will never be charged additional fees after checkout. All shipping costs, taxes, and discounts are displayed before purchase.
