Our CEO, Emily Delgado, is running for the title of Miss Homestead Rodeo Queen of 2024. Meaning she is a leader and an educator of the sport of rodeo and Western culture around her community. Emily promotes herself as an ambassador at places where Western values are prominent and strong in her local community. She has been to restaurants like Texas Roadhouse, Sandbar Sports Grill, and Miami Brewing Company to promote the sport of rodeo and the Western culture overall.
However, not only is she getting down to business, but as well as having fun. Line dancing, meeting new people, and indulging in new experiences has only brewed opportunities for growth in our CEO.
She has also professionally made an appearance at Miami Dade College, finding like-minded students and supporters to help her win in order to successfully support a non profit organization called Progressive Opportunities, which is a program that empowers youth to take action in their lives and build their futures one step at a time. Progressive opportunities are a valuable source for college students to gather resources such as housing and scholarship information. Emily has also been spending time with the youth and other members of the Western lifestyle community to make further connections for her passion and for what she believes in! Her continued tenacity in gaining support for her win has been unstoppable.
