E&M Western Couture LLC is the merchant of record and is fully responsible for all orders, payments, customer support, returns, and refunds for purchases made on www.everestranchstore.com.

Standard Return Policy

Most products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging

• All tags must remain attached

• Items must not show signs of wear or use

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are fulfilled. Customers can request eligible cancellations from their customer account orders page or by contacting support.

EU/UK Customer Rights

For customers in markets where withdrawal rights apply, eligible returns are accepted for 30 days beginning from delivery of the last item in the order. If the deadline falls on a weekend or holiday, the return window is extended to the next business day. Eligible cancellations are available until the order is fulfilled.

Everest Ranch does not charge restocking fees for returned items.
