Everest Ranch accepts returns and exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached. To start a return or exchange, email support@everestranchstore.com with your order number (and photos if there is a defect). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and no return label is included in the package. We do not charge a restocking fee. Refunds to the original payment method are typically processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
